After seeing this recipe on viral on TikTok I was getting extreme FOMO watching everyone play chef with what looked like the gooiest burrata I had ever seen. Another reminder of how much you miss out on when you stop eating dairy. Then I remembered the beautiful block of vegan mozzarella I purchased from a local vegan market here in Noho.
